        Many commercial products provided by financial institutions require specific documents from the commercial client on a periodic basis such as insurance binders, financial statements, certified property inspections, etc.  These documents are required in order for the financial institution to be in compliance with regulations by state and or federal agencies.

        Keeping track of these documents is an essential part of product management.  Biz Links Document/Tickler Option provides a method to create template letters that are related to commercial products.  Documents are created for each commercial product and stored in Biz Link.  Letters are automatically generated based on recurring times pre-established by product type and can be edited as required.

    As template letters are generated, the program automatically creates an activity in each record where the selected product exists and makes an entry that a letter was processed.  In addition, the program automatically creates a To-Do Item to assure that the appropriate response has been received from the commercial client on a selected date.
